Resumo: | The Legislature Ceará, feeling the need to train staff that consisted, in addition to the general public, Parliament created the Universidade do Parlamento Cearense (UNIPACE), in 2007, aiming to improve the public service of the State of Ceará, promoting and maintaining activities for the training and professional qualification of civil servants and citizens in general. The aim of this study was to describe the training policies and training for servers of legislative power to the entire population of Ceará and interest, based on the experience of UNIPACE. The methodology comprised a literature review and documental, exploratory, and we used a qualitative approach. A survey was administered in the Department of Extension of the institution throughout the year 2011, which were listed all Higher Education courses in sequential mode and Graduate Latu Sensu offered by such institution from October 2004 to March 2011 , and throughout the description of their structure. Were offered in all 05 courses and 11 Top-Level Postgraduate courses, covering the areas of Management, Marketing and Law. The faculty met for UNIPACE for Postgraduate courses was composed of experts, teachers and doctors. This work was of paramount importance, because the company showed that the legislature is concerned Ceará enable your server, and the social responsibility of offering these courses also for society in general. One feels the need to perform further studies in this area, for example, how the content of these courses was absorbed by those who enjoyed them and what the return of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Ceará and to society as a whole. |

O objetivo desse trabalho foi relatar as políticas de formação e capacitação para os servidores do poder legislativo cearense e à toda população interessada, tendo como base a experiência da UNIPACE. A metodologia utilizada englobou uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, exploratória, sendo utilizada uma abordagem qualitativa. Foi feito um levantamento na Coordenação de Extensão da referida instituição durante todo o ano de 2011, onde foram listados todos os Cursos de Nível Superior na modalidade sequencial e Pós-graduação Latu Sensu oferecidos por essa instituição no período de outubro de 2004 a março de 2011, além da descrição de toda estrutura dos mesmos. Foram ofertados ao todo 05 cursos de Nível Superior e 11 cursos de Pós-graduação, englobando as áreas de Gestão, Marketing e Direito. O corpo docente reunido pela UNIPACE para os cursos da Pós-graduação foi composto por especialistas, mestres e doutores. O presente trabalho foi de suma relevância, pois mostrou à sociedade que o legislativo cearense tem a preocupação de capacitar seu servidor, além da responsabilidade social de ofertar esses cursos também para a sociedade em geral.
