Democratic-participatory management: challenges facing the pandemic in a municipal school

Resumo: | The question of democratic-participatory school management and consequently its implications for the teaching-learning process. Thus, the question was: How is the democratic-participatory management being implemented in the school during the confrontation with the pandemic of covid-19? It aimed to reflect on how the democratic-participatory management is being developed in the investigated school from the city public schools, understand how the manager is acting in the teaching-learning process of students in this pandemic scenario, considering the challenges faced on the achievements of remote teaching, also considering the role of democratic management for the quality of education offered by your school. This was an exploratory research produced during a supervised internship in educational management in a public school in the city of Bela Cruz, Ceara. The observation of the analysed aspects can present reflections on the democratic participatory management and the impacts caused by the pandemic in public education. |

Dessa maneira teve como questionamento: Como a Gestão Democrático-participativa está sendo implementada na escola durante o enfrentamento da pandemia da Covid-19? Objetivou refletir como está sendo desenvolvida Gestão Democrático-participativa na escola investigada oriunda da rede pública Municipal, entender como o gestor está atuando no processo de Ensino-aprendizagem dos seus alunos nesse cenário pandêmico, ponderando os desafios enfrentados para concretização do ensino remoto, ainda, considerando o papel da gestão democrática-participativa para a qualidade da educação ofertada pela sua escola. Foi realizada uma pesquisa explorativa produzida durante estágio supervisionado em gestão educacional em uma escola municipal de Bela Cruz, Ceará.
