Literacy: possibilities and Limitations of Emerging Practices in Remote Learning

Resumo: The objective of this report is to reflect on the possibilities and limitations of practices emerging from remote education through the use of the Luz do Saber material in the municipal education network of Fortaleza. The qualitative and descriptive research by sampling had as subjects five literacy teachers who use Luz do Saber in their remote classes. We base our observations on assumptions about literacy and the facets of literacy brought up by Soares (2020). We saw that some schools use the material once a week, usually on Friday, linking it to the textual genre worked during the week, exploring playful-interactive content of the structured material and software. Others use it three times a week on alternate days. We concluded that, given the difficulties and obstacles that demanded other skills from literacy teachers, Luz do Saber proved to be an alternative to, at the very least, continue classes, maintaining the bond with children at a very important stage of schooling.

A pesquisa de natureza qualitativa e descritiva por amostragem teve como sujeitos cinco alfabetizadoras que utilizam o Luz do Saber em suas aulas remotas. Baseamos nossas observações em pressupostos sobre alfabetização, letramento e as facetas da alfabetização trazidos por Soares (2020). Vimos que algumas escolas utilizam o material uma vez por semana, geralmente na sexta-feira atrelando-o ao gênero textual trabalhado durante a semana, explorando o conteúdo lúdico-interativo do material estruturado e do software. Outras utilizam três vezes por semana em dias alternados.
