Early Childhood Education: learning rights from the perspective of the school community

Resumo: | This article discusses the theme of learning and development rights of babies and children in Early Childhood Education through a qualitative and descriptive study, aiming to contribute to the understanding of how the school community: teachers, managers, families, support professionals and children conceive the daily practices established in Child Education Centers, and how the specificities, complexities and potential of these relationships guarantee or not the learning and development rights of babies and children. The methodology used consists of a literature review on Early Childhood Education and the rights of learning and development from authors such as Gatti (2002), Malaguzzi (1999), Oliveira-Formosinho (2007) among others. The study points to discussions about the guarantee of the rights of learning and development of Early Childhood Education, considering the legal advance of the guidelines that govern this stage and that guarantee the training process of these professionals who work daily in these institutions. |

A metodologia utilizada consiste em revisão de literatura sobre Educação Infantil e os direitos de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento a partir de autores como Gatti (2002), Malaguzzi (1999), Oliveira-Formosinho (2007) dentre outros.
