Considerations about educational policies in Brazil

Resumo: | This study aims to reflect on the economic alignments of education policies in Brazil and its link to a technicist-based education, disconnected from a project of human emancipation and sustainable socioeconomic development in the country. The bibliographical research is based on the conceptions of FRIGOTTO (2010), SHIROMA (2004), OLIVEIRA (2001) who reflect on the economicist bias that is launched on educational policies and which aim at education as a mere factor of reproduction . Finally, it was understood that educational policies in Brazil were notably aimed at meeting the demands of international organizations and capitalism. The struggles within schools, professionals and intellectuals in education are fundamental to breaking this logic. |

A pesquisa bibliográfica se fundamenta nas concepções de FRIGOTTO (2010), SHIROMA (2004), OLIVEIRA (2001) que refletem acerca do viés economicista que é lançado sobre as políticas educacionais e que objetivam uma educação como mero fator de reprodução. Por fim, compreendeu-se que as políticas educacionais no Brasil estiveram notadamente voltadas para atender as demandas dos organismos internacionais e do capitalismo.
