The educational product as a support for a new teacher training

Resumo: In this article we present some concepts and analyses related to the study of Teacher Education, having as research material the educational products developed by the students graduating from the first class of the Master's in Teaching and Teacher Education (PPGEF UNILAB- IFCE). The research emerged from the assumption that teacher education, besides theory, needs a practical support that feeds back what the authors advocate on the subject or that, above all, serves to build a new theory. Thus, we believe that it is essential to focus on this theme to propose an in-depth study that aims at improving teaching practice. For the development of this work, a bibliographic study was carried out, from which it was inferred that the processes that lead to the continued formation of teachers are crossed by theoretical and practical changes of great importance, and that with the help of educational products put into practice, it is possible to glimpse a formation model that promotes a collaborative vision of praxis in which theory and practice are strong allies for the construction of a new pedagogical practice.

A pesquisa surgiu do pressuposto de que a formação docente, para além da teoria, necessita de um aporte prático que retroalimente aquilo que os autores preconizam sobre o tema ou que, principalmente, sirva para a construção de novas teorias que visem à melhoria da prática docente.
