Resumo: | This work aims to analyze, under the foundation of Marxist criticism, from a bibliographical and documental research, the relationship of the National Campaign for the Right to Education (CNDE), with the implementation of the Global Education Agenda of Unesco, in a subservient partnership with the World Bank. To this end, we will analyze the document resulting from the World Action Week, held in 2017, which specifically deals with the articulation between the goals of the PNE with the goals of the Global Education agenda. In analyzing the documents, we will rely on the writings of Leher (1998), Mendes Segundo (2005), Souza (2017), Martins (2004), Chaves (2019), Mészáros (2011). Finally, we conclude that the CNDE has been the main organization to promote actions around the fulfillment of this international agenda that advocates policies in tune with the guidelines of the World Bank, reflecting greatly on the contours of education policies in Brazil. |

Para tal, analisaremos o documento resultante da Semana de Ação Mundial, realizada em 2017, que trata especificamente da articulação entre as metas do PNE com as metas da agenda Global de Educação. Na análise dos documentos, nos apoiaremos nos escritos de Leher (1998), Mendes Segundo (2005), Souza (2017), Martins (2004), Chaves (2019), Mészáros (2008; 2011).
