Resumo: The objective of this research was to investigate the perception of basic education students (remote high school) about the learning process during the class period. It was a field research, using online data collection, with 155 students from public institutions in different municipalities in the north and northeast regions. The results indicate that the students work as remote academic activities, presenting difficulties in the learning process in this period and lack of preparation for the face-to-face return. It is evident, therefore, the need to plan and prepare the teaching environment for the academic academic return, as well as the use of learning methodologies focused on the “recovery” and development of students' learning.

Tratou-se de uma pesquisa de campo, utilizando coleta de dados online, junto a 155 discentes de oito instituições públicas de diferentes municípios nas regiões Norte e Nordeste. Os resultados apontam que os discentes consideram as atividades acadêmicas remotas como regulares, apresentando dificuldades no processo de aprendizagem nesse período e ausência de preparação para o retorno presencial.
