Investigating Remote and Live Lessons through Collaborative Tools during Covid-19 Quarantine: Experience Report

Resumo: | Towards the current scenario in which human beings live, where people are lock downed and in quarantine period in Brazil and in the world, it arises an important question: how teaching-learning has been organized, at the most different levels of education. Distance learning (DL) offers a variety of tools and techniques, in which web conferencing/video conferencing stands out at the moment. The web conference and its resources have become available for performing remote and live classes, in a model where docent and pupils meet on the same day and schedule for promoting teaching and learning. This paper aims to investigate the resource of remote and live classes, through collaborative tools, such as web conferencing, towards the scenario of lockdown and Covid-19 that is presented. As methodology, it was applied one questionnaire to forty-one teachers, to identify and analyze their practices. Besides, it was made an author's experience report. It was realized the docent’s effort to review his pedagogical strategies, as preliminary results, through the use of ICTs, remote classes and distance learning. |

La educación a distancia (EAD) ofrece una variedad de herramientas y técnicas, en las que la conferencia web/videoconferencia se destaca en este momento. La conferencia web y sus recursos han brindado oportunidades para clases remotas y en vivo, en un modelo en el que maestros y estudiantes se reúnen el mismo día y hora, para promover la enseñanza y el aprendizaje. Este artículo tiene como objetivo investigar el recurso de clases remotas y en vivo, a través de herramientas de colaboración, como conferencias web, frente al escenario de confinamiento y Covid-19 que se presenta. Como metodología, se aplicó un cuestionario a cuarenta y un docentes, para identificar y analizar sus prácticas. Además, se realizó un informe de la experiencia del autor. Como resultados preliminares, es posible percibir el esfuerzo del maestro para revisar sus estrategias pedagógicas, mediante el uso de las TIC, clases remotas y aprendizaje a distancia.Diante do cenário atual em que vivem os seres humanos, onde as pessoas estão confinadas e em período de quarentena no Brasil e no mundo, vem à tona uma questão importante: como o ensino-aprendizagem têm sido organizado, nos mais diferentes níveis de ensino. O ensino a distância (EAD) oferece uma variedade de ferramentas e técnicas, nos quais se destacam neste momento web conferência/vídeo conferência. A web conferência e seus recursos têm oportunizado a realização de aulas remotas e ao vivo, num modelo onde docente e discentes se encontram no mesmo dia e horário, para promover o ensino-aprendizagem. Este artigo tem por objetivo investigar o recurso de aulas remotas e ao vivo, através de ferramentas colaborativas, como as de web conferência, diante do cenário de confinamento e Covid-19 que se apresenta. Como metodologia, aplicou-se um questionário a quarenta e um professores, para identificar e analisar suas práticas. Além disso, realizou-se um relato de experiência do autor.
