Jequitibá Rosa Trail: a proposal for the construction of interdisciplinary knowledge

Resumo: | The present work aims to report an interdisciplinary experience developed on the Jequitibá Rosa Trail, located at the Escola do Campo and Estação de Ciências Margarete Cruz Pereira, in the municipality of Cariacica-ES, which was based on the assumptions of Moreira and Massini (1982) and Vygotsky (2005, 2007). The mediation carried out during the course of the trail is carried out by the students of the aforementioned school, under the advice of the regent teachers of the disciplines of Science, History, Physical Education, Mathematics and Portuguese Language, with interactive proposals between visitors and mediators and visitors with the natural environment. The experience allowed the breaking of the fragmented knowledge of the subjects, usually present in basic education schools, and highlighted the construction of knowledge in a collaborative way, changing the traditional paradigm. A mediação realizada durante o percurso da trilha é efetivada pelos estudantes da referida escola, sob assessoria dos professores regentes das disciplinas de Ciências, História, Educação Física, Matemática e Língua Portuguesa, com propostas interativas entre os visitantes e mediadores e visitantes com o meio natural. A experiência permitiu o rompimento do saber fragmentado das disciplinas, usualmente presente nas escolas de educação básica.
