Continuing education: mediation of the pedagogical coordinator with teachers

Resumo: The article seeks to point out the importance of the role of the pedagogical coordinator in the contribution of the continuing education of the early childhood education teacher in the school environment, demystifying the idea that he is present only as a "judge" of the teaching work. The coordinator is the professional who performs in the school the function of providing assistance and guidance to the group, as well as articulating the interests between school and family. In this sense, the objective of this article was to carry out a bibliographic study on the importance of the mediation of the pedagogical coordinator to contribute to the continuing education of the teacher, as well as to articulate with a clipping of an experience report lived by the teacher/coordinator Ediane Gomes Maia in a institution of Infantile Education of the Municipality of Caucaia. We understand that the coordinator's role must be valued, opening new perspectives so that the work developed by him is appreciated by the group, facilitating articulations in the school environment.

O coordenador é o profissional que desempenha na escola a função de proporcionar auxílio e orientação ao grupo, assim como, articular os interesses entre escola e família. Nesse sentido, o objetivo do presente artigo foi realizar um estudo bibliográfico sobre a importância da mediação do coordenador pedagógico para contribuir na formação continuada do professor, bem como articular com um recorte de um relato de experiência vivenciado pela professora/coordenadora Ediane Gomes Maia em uma instituição de Educação Infantil do Munícipio de Caucaia.
