Pedagogical coordinator in the process of continuing teacher education: perspectives for better quality of teaching-learning

Resumo: The theme of this article is the contribution of school management (pedagogical coordinator) in the process of continuing education of teachers in the school environment: perspectives for improving the quality of teaching and seeks to answer the following problem: What contributions the pedagogical coordinator can offer in the process of continuing training of teachers in the school environment? Its general objective is to analyze the contributions of the continuing education of teachers carried out by the pedagogical coordinator in the school context for the process of improving teaching. The study is subsidized by the bibliographic and qualitative method, and is theoretically based on 11 books: Azanha (1998), Minayo (2001), Bicudo (org. 2003), Domingues (2014), Amaral (2007), Gomes (2013), Lück (2013), Libâneo (2015), Lück (2015), Paro (2018), Silva (et. al 2018). The proposed research is of singular importance, as it is the contribution of the pedagogical coordinator in the in-service training of teachers who are directly linked to student learning. The study concludes that the continuing education developed by the pedagogical coordinator in the school environment brings essential contributions to quality teaching.

O objetivo geral do mesmo é analisar as contribuições da formação continuada de professores realizada pelo coordenador pedagógico no contexto escolar para o processo de melhoramento do ensino. O estudo é subsidiado pelo método bibliográfico e qualitativo, tem como base teórica de 11 livros: Azanha (1998), Minayo (2001), Bicudo (org. 2003), Domingues (2014), Amaral (2007), Gomes (2013), Lück (2013), Libâneo (2015), Lück (2015), Paro (2018), Silva (et. al 2018). A pesquisa proposta tem importância singular, pois se trata da contribuição do coordenador pedagógico na formação em serviço de professores que, estão diretamente vinculados à aprendizagem dos estudantes.
