Resumo: This article aims to report the experiences of professional training teacher to work in schools/centers beauty. For this, a qualitative research was developed, under ethnographic guidance. To record the training experience as a student and as an instructor in the area of beauty, autobiographical report was developed. As partial results, it is possible to state that the training of a professional in the area of beauty cannot be limited to a brief period, on the contrary, it is necessary to continue training, especially for those who aspire to work in teacher training spaces. At the end of this work, it was observed that the beauty and aesthetics professional who works in teaching, carries out a continuing education that permeates basic education as well as higher education, not limited to technical aspects. .

Para isso, foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, sob orientação etnográfica. Para o registro da vivência formativa como aluno e como instrutor na área da beleza, foi desenvolvido um relato autobiográfico. Como resultados parciais, é possível afirmar que a formação de um profissional na área de beleza não pode se limitar a um breve período, ao contrário, é preciso uma formação continuada, sobretudo para aqueles que almejam atuar em espaços de formação docente.
