Resumo: | This article arose from the discipline Supervised Curricular Internship in Educational Management, with the project carried out in a school of the Public Network of the Municipality of Sobral – CE. It aims to understand the mental health of the professionals of this Public School, since, activities in this pandemic period are being carried out remotely. The methodological path is part of a qualitative, bibliographic approach in the virtual field, in which a questionnaire was used through Google Forms, with questions about the theme investigated. This paper asks about the following question: how is the mental health of professionals who are working at the school space in the pandemic period, in Sobral, Ceará? We evidenced as possible results that the professionals of this institution stated that this period is being challenging, as there are many demands, however, management hasEste artigo surgiu a partir da disciplina estágio curricular Supervisionado em Gestão Educacional, com o projeto realizado em uma escola da Rede Pública do Município de Sobral – CE. Apresenta como objetivo compreender como está a saúde mental dos profissionais da referida Escola Pública, visto que, as atividades nesse período de pandemia estão sendo realizadas de forma remota. O caminho metodológico insere-se em uma abordagem qualitativa, bibliográfica em campo virtual, na qual foi utilizado um questionário por meio do Google Forms, com perguntas sobre a temática investigada. O referido trabalho indaga sobre a seguinte questão: como está a saúde mental dos profissionais que estão atuando no espaço escolar no período pandêmico, em Sobral, Ceará?
