Dialogue between Family and School: necessity or obstacle?

Resumo: Through a bibliographic survey and an experience report, this article seeks to discuss the dialogue between entities that have very important roles in the lives of individuals. It is to be expected that family and school go together and build partnerships for the common good of all involved. The fact is that there is a gap between these institutions that occurs for many reasons. We can highlight among them the busy daily routine of parents, excessive workload, lack of satisfactory communication and the very devaluation of school education. What ends up creating an excess of work for educators who are responsible for the role of educating, guiding and setting limits and rules for their students. It is necessary to reflect and bring up considerations about this dialogical relationship that provides approximation and determines that the function of each one is carried out effectively.

É de se esperar que família e escola caminhem juntas e construam parcerias para o bem comum de todos os envolvidos.  O fato é que existe um distanciamento entre essas instituições que ocorre por muitos motivos. Podemos destacar dentre eles o cotidiano corrido dos pais, carga horária excessiva de trabalho, falta de uma comunicação satisfatória e a própria desvalorização da educação escolar.
