Continuous education of teachers in the context of a coronavirus pandemic

Resumo: | In this work, we aim to understand the conceptions of continuing education for basic education teachers, how they assess this training process, and what they suggest for the improvement of this training in times of Coronavirus pandemic. This is an ongoing exploratory study that used an online subjective questionnaire to obtain initial research information. As an initial result of this study, we found that teachers satisfactorily assess continuing education, but present simplistic ideas about the concept of continuing education and specific suggestions that seek to solve emergency problems that originate in continuing education in-person and that were aggravated by the pandemic of coronavirus. |

Trata-se de um estudo exploratório em andamento que se utilizou de um questionário subjetivo online para ter informações iniciais da pesquisa.
