Resumo: | This experience report aims to analyze the contributions of training practices experienced in the subproject of the Institutional Scholarship Program for Initiation to Teaching (Pibid) - Pedagogical Practices Laboratory of campus XII/UNEB: Literacy and Numbering Practice in the Context of Education of Pedagogues -, from August 2018 to February 2020. The experiences in this subproject, shared in this experience report, were produced through the practice of observation and records in the field diary of the author of this work, a scholarship holder for Initiation to Teaching, of the moments lived in the formative spaces of a public school in the municipal network of teaching in Guanambi, Bahia. The experiences lived in the elementary school classroom were unique, as it provided the opportunity to make connections between theory and practice and to realize how academic knowledge intertwined with knowledge of basic education is fundamental for the teaching-learning processes. |

As vivências nesse subprojeto, compartilhadas neste relato de experiência, foram produzidas por meio da prática de observação e dos registros no diário de campo da autora deste trabalho, bolsista de Iniciação à Docência, dos momentos vividos nos espaços formativos de uma escola pública da rede municipal de ensino de Guanambi, Bahia.
