The production of podcasts as a practice to facilitate literary and digital literacy

Resumo: Klering et al. (2021) broadly brings contributions on the relevance of podcasting production in the school context, highlighting its potential to insert students into a collaborative digital culture. In this way, this paper studies the potential of the production proposal of podcasts aimed at students in the 3rd year of high school, to be carried out in Portuguese Language classes, for the development of literacy literary and digital. The proposal is divided into five steps that explore the collaborative nature of podcast production, the literary reading of short stories bringing students closer to the literary text, and the presentation of the Anchor tool for recording and distributing episodes. It is assumed that the sequence of activities can provide significant literary and digital literacy practices, as proposed by the multiliteracies pedagogy, and to be adaptable to different teaching realities.

(2021) traz contribuições sobre a relevância da produção de podcasts no contexto escolar de maneira ampla, ressaltando seu potencial de inserir os estudantes dentro de uma cultura digital colaborativa. Com base nisso, o presente trabalho propõe investigar de maneira específica as potencialidades de uma proposta de produção de podcasts, voltada para estudantes do 3º ano do Ensino Médio, a ser executada nas aulas de Língua Portuguesa, para o desenvolvimento de práticas de letramento literário e digital. A proposta é dividida em cinco passos que exploram o caráter colaborativo da produção de podcasts, a leitura literária de contos para aproximar os estudantes do texto literário e a apresentação da ferramenta Anchor para a gravação e distribuição dos episódios.
