Resumo: The objective was to present the structure of the Hospital Class (HC) and the Home Pedagogical Care (HPC) as places of curricular practices, didactics and pedagogical innovations regarding education as a right to this restricted public. To this end, we will briefly describe some inclusive educational practices performed in the care of children and teenagers who attend the Hospital Classes in the State of Espírito Santo and the HPC in Bahia. On HC or on HPC, above all, we seek to keep the child and teenager, linked to the teaching-learning process, offering opportunities for development from the reality of that person and not simply from what is instituted.

Para tal, descreveremos brevemente algumas práticas educacionais inclusivas realizadas no atendimento a crianças e adolescentes que frequentam as Classes Hospitalares no Estado do Espírito Santo e o APD na Bahia.
