Resumo: Introduction: Burnout Syndrome is characterized as a chronic stress in the work environment. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the hospital environment began to exert more demands on professionals, making them more susceptible to the syndrome. Objective: To describe the profile of nursing professionals who triggered Burnout Syndrome during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: An integrative literature review carried out on Google Scholar in May 2022. Results: Sample consisted of four articles that showed some characteristics of the workplace that trigger Burnout Syndrome, such as overwork and lack of preparation to mitigate the emotional demands of patients and their families, as it is evident that professionals aged between 30 and 40 years, little work experience and being single make these individuals more susceptible to having Down Syndrome. of Burnout. Conclusion: It is necessary to maintain the worker's well-being, especially in a pandemic period.

Durante a pandemia por COVID-19, o ambiente hospitalar passou a exercer mais cobrança dos profissionais, fazendo deles indivíduos mais suscetíveis a síndrome. Objetivo: Descrever o perfil dos profissionais de enfermagem que desencadearam a Síndrome de Burnout durante a pandemia pela COVID-19. Métodos: Revisão da literatura do tipo integrativa realizada no Google Acadêmico no mês de maio de 2022. Resultados: Amostra foi composta por quatro artigos que evidenciaram algumas características próprias do local de trabalho desencadeiam a Síndrome de Burnout, como o excesso de trabalho e a falta de preparo para mitigar as demandas emocionais dos pacientes e de seus familiares, assim como fica evidente que os profissionais com idade de 30 a 40 anos, a pouca experiência de trabalho e ser solteiro faz com que esses indivíduos sejam mais suscetíveis a apresentarem a Síndrome de Burnout.
