Resumo: School inclusion advocates equal opportunities for students at all education stages, including Child Education. The knowledge and implementation of effective practices in everyday school life can favor the realization of the principles of Inclusive Education. In this context, this study aimed to report the main obstacles found by teachers to adopt efficient strategies in the process of inclusion of Child Education students in a Municipal School of Fortaleza. The results show that in all the analyzed classes were found students with special needs. In general, teachers said that they were not prepared to receive these students due to the lack of initial and continuing formation courses avoiding that they utilize adequate pedagogical practices to support such students. Thus, it can be concluded that is necessary an interaction between managers, teachers, family members and professionals specialized in the elaboration of an inclusive project that really works in practice.

O conhecimento e a implantação de práticas eficazes no cotidiano escolar podem favorecer a concretização dos princípios da Educação Inclusiva. Nesse contexto, este trabalho objetivou relatar os principais entraves encontrados por docentes para adotar estratégias eficientes no processo de inclusão de alunos da Educação Infantil em uma Escola Municipal de Fortaleza. Os resultados mostram que em todas as turmas analisadas temos a presença de alunos com necessidades especiais. Em geral os professores argumentaram não estarem preparados para receber estes alunos pela falta de cursos de formação inicial e continuada que os impedem de utilizarem práticas pedagógicas adequadas para atender tal publico.
