Resumo: This work presents an analysis and application of the Systemic Approach to Design Management in a family farming community with the aim of promoting local development. As a result, opportunities within the production process and distribution of agroecological products were identified, and the potentialities discovered in the analyzed system were developed at strategic and operational levels.
