Deliberative democracy participatory politics and the collective bargaining work: an analysis for the enhancement of human work

Resumo: The vision about democracy that is opposed to autocratic governments assumes that decisions are focused not only on governments, accordingly, the need arises for which there is, increasingly, the inclusion of a model that privileges deliberative politics. In this context, when the State is the only one working out the rules relating to labor law, social purposes, especially regarding the distribution of wealth, are not achieved. It is proposed in this study to examine deliberative politics and participatory democracy in the workplace, treated as employee participation in decision making processes that reflect in economic gains through collective bargaining.

Nesse contexto, quando o Estado é o único que elabora as normas referentes ao Direito do Trabalho, os fins sociais, principalmente no que concerne a distribuição de riquezas, não são alcançados.
