Resumo: This work has the main of pointing and analyzing the possible effects in meaning produced in the juridical discourse: petitions of society of event dissolution. In order to do so, a study has been the works related to Discourse Analysis-French thought, associating it to the juridical discourse. Our study is the result of a documental research that allowed us to analyze a corpus composed by twelve petitions collected randomly, within the ethical principles. From the conceptions of Pêcheux, Foucault, Maingueneau, among others, we analyzed the interdiscoursivity in the constitution of juridical discourse. We wait that this study can a relevant instrument of interpretation of linguistic reality, social and historical present in human relations.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo apontar e analisar os possíveis efeitos de sentido produzidos no discurso jurídico: petições de dissolução de sociedade de fato. Para tanto, fez-se um estudo a partir da teoria da Análise do Discurso de linha francesa, associando-a ao discurso jurídico. Nossa pesquisa tipo documental nos permitiu analisar um corpus composto de doze petições colhidas aleatoriamente, resguardados os princípios éticos. Partindo das concepções de Pêcheux, Foucault, Maingueneau, entre outros, analisamos a interdiscursividade na constituição do discurso jurídico. Espera-se que este estudo seja um instrumento relevante de interpretação da realidade lingüística, social e histórica que permeia as relações humanas.
