Resumo: | This paper aims at presenting a teaching experience on the teaching of written production for undergraduate students based on textual genres. This experiment was carried out in a French Course for English speakers at the University of Guelph. The course curricula were based on the theoretical framework of the Sociodiscursive interactionism by Bronckart (2006, 2007, 2008). Studies that use text genres in the teaching of first and second languages were also used as references (Schneuwly & Dolz, 2004; Cristovão, 2002). The results were quite interesting, but pointed out the need of some changes in order to increase the learning of the target language. |
