Resumo: | This study focuses on a situation of conflict in a classroom, as described in a learner’s diary. A discourse analysis following Bronckart & Machado´s (2004) ‘semantics of acting’ has helped us to identify the actions which led to the situation of conflict and to conclude that such a conflict hindered the implementation of the teacher’s planned work, therefore possibly causing stress. |
