Foreign language in elementary education: an experience working with textual genre

Resumo: | This article aims to describe the application of a didactic sequence with gender in a classroom of 8th grade, as well as bringing the results that were observed during the performance of work and a comparison between the proposed teaching approach based on gender and SD and the approach provided by the school book that brings the genre. The theoretical assumptions underlying the research are the sociodiscursive interactionism. We realized that working with text genres present itself as a significant alternative to the teaching/ learning of English with the development and implementation. |

Os pressupostos teóricos que subjazem à pesquisa são os do interacionismo sociodiscursivo.
