Resumo: this research aims to present the structure established by law for thepresentation of the texts of legal norms. The legal norm is a linguistic statement and, assuch, can be analyzed as a language activity or in its textual materiality, under the scope ofthe various theories that address the phenomena of language, among them, SociodiscursiveInteractionism (ISD). Based on Acting in discourses: from theoretical conceptions to workers'conceptions (2008), by Jean-Paul Bronckart, which is inspired by acting as a unit of analysisof human functioning, deepening the analysis of language characteristics and practicalintervention in the processes of formative mediation that are developed in it, through bibliographical research, some aspects considered relevant for the presentation of legal textswill be highlighted, in particular, the determinations of Complementary Law 95/1998 that canbe equated to the architext of a language community for the ISD.

La norma jurídica es un enunciado lingüístico y, como tal, puede ser analizado como discurso o en su materialidad textual, bajo las diversas teorías que abordan los fenómenos del lenguaje, entre ellas, el Interaccionismo Sociodiscursivo (ISD). A partir de El acto en los discursos -de las concepciones teóricas a las concepciones de los trabajadores- de Jean-Paul Bronckart, que se inspira en actuar como unidad de análisis del funcionamiento humano, en la profundización del análisis de las características del lenguaje y en la intervención práctica en los procesos de mediación formativa que se desarrollan en él, a través de la investigación bibliográfica, se destacarán algunos aspectos considerados relevantes para la presentación de los textos jurídicos.   Esta pesquisa visa apresentar a estruturação estabelecida em lei para a apresentação dos textos das normas jurídicas. A norma jurídica é um enunciado linguístico e, como tal, pode ser analisada como atividade linguageira ou em sua materialidade textual, sob o âmbito das diversas teorias que abordam os fenômenos da linguagem, dentre elas, o Interacionismo Sociodiscursivo (ISD).
