Resumo: This paper aims to present the results of a research in the juridical discursive area Its corpus is composed of forensic texts - specifically the vocabulary used to express an erudition effect, such as used in petitions, court sessions, sentences elaborated by jurists. Based on the French Discourse analysis theoretical support and on the science of lexicography, one can comprehend the juridical vocabulary from ideologically constituted subjects in specific situations of production. Expressions which compose the forms of denomination and the personal pronoun used in judicial proceedings were part of the analysis.

Expressions which compose the forms of denomination and the personal pronoun used in judicial proceedings were part of the analysis.Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar o resultado de uma pesquisa realizada no campo discursivo jurídico, em que textos forenses foram empregados como corpus, mais precisamente o vocabulário com efeito de erudição encontrado em petições, audiências, sentenças elaboradas por juristas. Com base no referencial teórico da Análise do Discurso Francesa e da Lexicologia, pode-se compreender o vocabulário jurídico a partir dos sujeitos constituídos ideologicamente em condições de produção específicas.
