The PNLD and the quality of portuguese textbooks in high school (2012 – 2018)

Resumo: | This article seeks to elucidate the construction of quality and excellence criteria for Portuguese textbooks used in Brazilian high school, mainly in public schools, between the years 2012 and 2018. The investigation is based on the analysis of the evaluation guides of the textbooks in both years, discovering criteria and the proposed change between the National Curricular Parameters and Organization current in 2012 and the National Common Curricular Base valid from 2018. By establishing such criteria, in line with the reflections of Chartier (1990), Choppin ( 2004), Munakata (1997), Silva and Correia (2004) Soares (2004), in addition to the writings of Mikhail Bakhtin (2016), the PNLD shows us how it and the other documents, at each moment, impose a certain order on the textbooks , establishing conditions and uses of them, eventually establishing the adoption and curricular criteria of Portuguese through the teaching axes: reading, writing, orality, literature and linguistic knowledge. The study ends up revealing an idea of continuity of processes, with certain developments according to the change of documents, in addition to an incessant search for innovation and the presence of an editorial monopoly. |

La investigación se basa en el análisis de las guías de evaluación de los libros en ambos años, descubriendo criterios y la propuesta de cambio entre las Organizaciones y Parámetros Curriculares Nacionales vigentes en 2012 y la Base Curricular Común Nacional vigente en 2018. Al establecer dichos criterios, en línea con las reflexiones de Chartier (1990), Choppin (2004) , Munakata (1997), Silva e Correia (2004) Soares (2004), además de los escritos de Mikhail Bakhtin (2016), el PNLD nos muestra cómo él y los demás documentos, en cada momento, imponen un cierto orden en el libros, estableciendo condiciones y usos de los libros, eventualmente estableciendo la adopción y criterios curriculares de la lengua portuguesa a través de los ejes de enseñanza: lectura, escritura, oralidad, literatura y conocimiento lingüístico. El estudio acaba revelando una idea de continuidad de procesos, con ciertos desarrollos según el cambio de documentos, además de una incesante búsqueda de innovación y la presencia de un monopolio editorial.Este artigo busca elucidar a construção de critérios de qualidade e excelência em livros didáticos de língua portuguesa, utilizados no ensino médio brasileiro, principalmente nas escolas públicas, entre os anos de 2012 e 2018. A investigação é feita com base na análise dos guias de avaliação dos livros em ambos os anos, descobrindo critérios e a mudança proposta entre as Organizações e Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (OCN/PCN) vigentes em 2012 e a Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) de 2018. Ao instituir tais critérios, em consonância com as reflexões de Chartier (1990), Choppin (2004), Munakata (1997), Silva e Correia (2004) e Soares (2004), o PNLD nos mostra como ele e os outros documentos, em cada momento, impõe uma certa ordem aos livros, estabelecendo suas condições e usos, além de adotar os critérios curriculares de língua portuguesa através dos respectivos eixos de ensino: leitura, escrita, oralidade, literatura e conhecimentos linguísticos.
