Strategies for teaching Spanish as activity in public schools

Resumo: Basic education schools in Brazil have shown no guarantee regarding the teaching - learning foreign language successfully. In this paper, we present the results of research conducted in 2006 in Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil, and its subsequent ramifications in terms of classroom practices. The goal of the research was to prove the thesis that successful learning is due to the characteristics and features of teaching practice as opposed to activity approach that language as Discipline. Emerge as outcomes considerations and suggestions of strategies of teaching as an activity to be used in public schools.

Neste trabalho, apresentamos os resultados de pesquisa realizada no ano de 2006 na cidade de Joinville, em Santa Catarina, no Brasil e seus posteriores desdobramentos em termos de práticas de sala de aula. O objetivo da investigação foi comprovar a tese de que o êxito da aprendizagem se deve às características e aos recursos da prática de ensino como Atividade em oposição à abordagem dessa língua como Disciplina.
