Resumo: The present essay starts with an introduction to the issue under discussion and proceeds with a brief analysis of the elements constituting specific and early tutelage and their technical-instrumental differences. After that, the text approaches the difficulties to identify the rights obligations according to the contemporary reality and the consequent losses for the granting of urgent tutelages. Finally, it deals with the impacts when the matter relates to obligations belonging to the universe of social responsibility business.
