Resumo: Introduction: From laws to sentences, legal texts are to written in a language that is distance of major part of population. However, some initiatives that seek to approximate the citizen of the legislation can be found at public and private institutions. Marketing years, brochures, comic books and websites aims to approximate the citizen of their rights and duties which are guaranteed by laws. Objective: to analyze the potential of the comic books to booklets as facilitators of legal information access. Methodology: Literature Review and image analysis of a comic books “A Turma da Mônica em: o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente” and two booklets to promoved by public institute “Procon-Mirim: formando consumidores conscientes” and “Os direitos humanos”. Results: Due to language capabilities as well as comic books and booklets history, magazines can be used to become the legal language more accessible. Conclusions: This paper highlight the value of studies that shows the importance of becomes legal language easier to understand.

Sin embargo, algunas iniciativas que buscan acercar el ciudadano a la legislación se encuentran en instituciones públicas y privadas. Campañas, folletos, cómics y sitios web buscan acercar a los ciudadanos de sus derechos y obligaciones que están garantizados por la ley. Objetivo: Analizar el potencial de los libros de historietas y folletos como facilitadoras del acceso a la información jurídica. Metodología: Revisión bibliográfica y análisis de imágenes a partir de un libro de historietas "A Turma da Mônica em: o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente" y dos folletos promovidos por organismos públicos "Procon-Mirim: formando consumidores conscientes" y "os Direitos Humanos". Resultados: Debido a los recursos del lenguaje e imagen de los libros de historietas y folletos, estas revistas, mismo siendo dirigidas a los niños, pueden ser útiles para dejar el lenguaje jurídico más accesible a todos. Conclusiones: Destacamos el valor de las iniciativas que buscan hacer más comprensible el lenguaje jurídico.Introdução: Os textos jurídicos, desde as leis até as sentenças, muitas vezes são redigidos em uma linguagem que está distante da maior parte da população. Contudo, algumas iniciativas que buscam aproximar o cidadão da legislação podem ser encontradas em institutos públicos e privados.
