Resumo: Objective: As an objective, this research aims to analyze how knowledge sharing occurs between Public Security Intelligence (ISP) units in the State of Paraná, with a view to proposing improvement actions within the scope of their processes. Methodology: a literature search was carried out to understand the main terms and aspects of the topic. Next, interviews were carried out with people from the public security area, to characterize the organizational processes of the ISP units in Paraná. To analyze the interviews, the IRaMuTeQ software was used. Conclusions: with this research, it was demonstrated that the knowledge sharing model of Tonet and Paz (2006), consisting of four phases, initiation, implementation, support and incorporation, is not fully explored, and numerous problems were identified between the sharing of knowledge. knowledge among PSI agencies in Paraná. Based on the identification of problems, this research brings possible solutions with a focus on improving the knowledge sharing process.

Metodología: se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica para comprender los principales términos y aspectos del tema. A continuación, se realizaron entrevistas con personas del área de seguridad pública, para caracterizar los procesos organizacionales de las unidades ISP en Paraná. Para analizar las entrevistas se utilizó el software IRaMuTeQ. Conclusiones: con esta investigación se demostró que el modelo de intercambio de conocimiento de Tonet y Paz (2006), que consta de cuatro fases, iniciación, implementación, soporte e incorporación, no está completamente explorado y se identificaron numerosos problemas entre el intercambio de conocimiento. conocimiento entre las agencias de ISP en Paraná. A partir de la identificación de problemas, esta investigación aporta posibles soluciones con un enfoque en la mejora del proceso de intercambio de conocimientos.Objetivo: como objetivo, esta pesquisa visa analisar como ocorre o compartilhamento de conhecimentos entre as unidades de Inteligência de Segurança Pública (ISP) no Estado do Paraná, com vistas a propor ações de melhorias no âmbito de seus processos.Metodologia: foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica para compreender os principais termos e aspectos do tema. Por seguinte, foram realizadas entrevistas com pessoas da área de segurança pública, para caracterizar os processos organizacionais das unidades de ISP no Paraná. Para análise das entrevistas, foi utilizado o software IRaMuTeQ. Conclusões: com a referida pesquisa demonstrou-se que o modelo de compartilhamento de conhecimentos de Tonet e Paz (2006), composto por quatro fases, iniciação, implementação, apoio e incorporação, não é completamente explorado, sendo identificado inúmeros problemas entre o compartilhamento de conhecimentos entre os órgãos de ISP no Paraná.
