Higher education during the pandemic: a internship teaching experience in the information retrieval systems discipline

Resumo: Objective: This article shares teaching experiences in the period mentioned, mistakes and successes of teaching strategies throughout the special online regime. From real experiences, new ideas and formulations were recommended for the discipline of Information Retrieval Systems, as well as similar ones taught in the Bachelor of Librarianship. Methodology: the steps, tools, resources for teaching were described, in addition to a perception survey answered by students. Results: as a result, the value of the distance learning experience for the teaching internship was perceived, as well as a discussion about the possibility of adopting the non-presential format for the course subjects based on the case study presented here. Conclusions: the teaching internship in a distance format prepares students for a changing world, where the role of the teacher changes amid the adoption of contemporary technologies. It is also concluded that there is room for the adoption of distance learning for subjects in the Librarianship course, as shown in the case study of this article

A partir de experiencias reales, se recomiendan nuevas ideas y formulaciones para la disciplina de Sistemas de Recuperación de Información, así como similares, impartidas en la Licenciatura en Bibliotecología. Metodología: se describieron los pasos didácticos, herramientas, recursos para la docencia, además de un cuestionario de percepción respondido por los estudiantes. Resultados: como resultado, se percibió el valor de la experiencia de aprendizaje a distancia para la pasantía docente, y una discusión sobre la posibilidad de adoptar el formato no presencial para las asignaturas del curso a partir del caso de estudio aquí presentado. Conclusiones: la pasantía docente en formato a distancia prepara a los estudiantes para un mundo cambiante, donde el rol del docente cambia en medio de la adopción de tecnologías contemporáneas. También se concluye que hay espacio para la adopción de la educación a distancia para las asignaturas del curso de Bibliotecología, como se muestra en el estudio de caso de este artículo.Objetivo: esse artigo compartilha experiências de docência no período, os erros e acertos de estratégias de ensino ao longo do regime especial de ensino. A partir de experiências reais, novas ideias e formulações são recomendadas para a disciplina de Sistemas de Recuperação de Informação, bem como similares, ministrada no bacharelado de Biblioteconomia.Metodologia: foram descritas as etapas de ensino, as ferramentas, os recursos para docência, além de um questionário de percepção respondido por alunos.Resultados: como resultado, percebeu-se o valor da experiência do ensino à distância para o estágio docente, além da discussão sobre a possibilidade de adoção do formato não presencial para disciplinas do curso, a partir do estudo de caso aqui apresentado. Conclusões: o estágio docente em formato à distância prepara alunos para um mundo em transformação, em que o papel do professor se altera em meio à adoção das tecnologias contemporâneas.
