Resumo: | The Creativity Workshop, a supervised clinical internship discipline offered in the psychology course at University Paulista, has proved to be a fertile ground for interns, not only in the process of professional training, but also at the personal level and through the opening of new fields of activity in the work with groups. As a discipline, it offers future psychologists a place for self-experimentation, providing their development alongside professional preparation through thematic proposals that involve the use of expressive resources as facilitators of the process. The supervisory experience in this discipline of the field activities and the reports of students and institutions that benefit from these services reveals a way of seeing learning as a place for the discovery of powers, based on a different psychological activity, which goes from experience to theory, aiming to raise awareness and flexibility and to turn people into creative, critical individuals who are able to guide their own history. |

Como disciplina, le ofrece al futuro psicólogo un lugar de auto experimentación, que propicia su propio desarrollo simultáneamente al de su preparación profesional, por medio de propuestas temáticas que involucran el uso de recursos expresivos como facilitadores del proceso. La experiencia de supervisión de esta disciplina, de la actuación en campo y de relatos de alumnos y de instituciones beneficiadas con esta atención revela un modo de pensar el aprendizaje como un lugar de descubrimiento de potencias, a partir de un hacer psicológico diferenciado, que parte de la experiencia para la teoría, buscando sensibilizar, flexibilizar y transformar personas en sujetos creadores, críticos y conductores de su propia historia.A Oficina de Criatividade, disciplina de estágio clínico supervisionado, oferecida no curso de psicologia da Universidade Paulista, tem se mostrado campo fértil para os estagiários, não somente no processo de formação profissional, mas também pessoal e de abertura para novos campos de atuação no trabalho com grupos. Como disciplina, oferece ao futuro psicólogo um lugar de autoexperimentação, que propicia o seu próprio desenvolvimento simultaneamente ao seu preparo profissional, por meio de propostas temáticas que envolvem o uso de recursos expressivos como facilitadores do processo.
