Resumo: This text is the result of an exploratory-descriptive research titled “Theory and Practice of the Problematization Methodology with Maguerez’s Arch: a process under construction”. Our aim was to analyze the application of this methodology into a curricular internship of a pedagogy course, to draw lessons from this experience as well as to extend the theoretical-practical construction as regards the Problematization Methodology. Maguerez’s Arch steps followed  - observation of reality (problem), key-points, formulation of theory, putting forward solutions and application to reality (practice). The process was evaluated taking into account the objectives of internship, the methodology characteristics and the intention to turn it into a Scientific Initiation and discussed based on the available literature. Lessons learnt relate, among other aspects, to clear orientation; competent supervision; accompaniment as a means of formative and intentional evaluation; The Problematization methodology as an alternative of effective contribution to a more attentive, analytical and critical teacher.

Buscou-se analisar a aplicação dessa metodologia num estágio curricular do curso de Pedagogia,  extrair lições dessa experiência e ampliar a construção teórico-prática em relação à Metodologia da Problematização. Seguiram-se  as etapas do Arco de Maguerez  – observação da realidade (problema), pontos-chave, teorização, hipóteses de solução e aplicação à realidade. O processo foi acompanhado e avaliado pelas supervisoras/pesquisadoras,  considerando-se os objetivos do estágio, as características da metodologia e o propósito de torná-lo uma espécie de  iniciação científica. As observações do processo e os relatórios de estágio  foram discutidos com base na literatura.
