SCHOOL, SCHOOL MANAGEMENT AND SOCIETY: INTERMEDIATIONS WITH THE POLITICAL-PEDAGOGICAL PROJECT

Resumo: The article aims to analyze the conceptions among school, management and society and the links with political-pedagogical projects in seven municipal schools in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Methodologically, it is developed in a qualitative approach and has as research instruments the document analysis and interviews carried out between the years 2016 to 2019, with the management teams of these schools. The analysis relied on the contributions brought by the research people, the study of documents and the dialogue with the theoretical referential. In view of this, it was possible to conclude that the Political-Pedagogical Projects, even though they are recognized by the management team, seem to have been built more to fulfill with a normative precept, rather than to make the ideals highlighted in them viable. In this sense, it makes school management committed to documents and with a possible social change.

In this sense, it makes school management committed to documents and with a possible social change.El artículo tiene como objetivo analizar las concepciones entre escuelas, gestión y sociedad y los vínculos con proyectos político-pedagógicos en siete escuelas municipales de la región metropolitana de Porto Alegre, en el estado de Rio Grande do Sul. Metodológicamente, se desarrolla con un enfoque cualitativo y sus instrumentos de investigación son el análisis de documentos i entrevistas realizadas entre 2016 y 2019, con los equipos directivos de estas escuelas. Los análisis se basaron en las contribuciones aportadas por los sujetos de la investigación, el estudio de los documentos y el diálogo con el marco teórico. Ante esto, se pudo concluir que los proyectos político-pedagógicos, aunque son reconocidos por el equipo directivo, parece que fueran construidos más para cumplir con el precepto normativo que hacer viables los ideales resaltados en ellos. En este sentido, una gestión escolar comprometida con los documentos y un posible cambio social es inviable.O artigo objetiva analisar as concepções entre escola, gestão e sociedade e os nexos com os projetos políticos-pedagógicos em sete escolas municipais da região metropolitana de Porto Alegre, no estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Metodologicamente, desenvolve-se numa abordagem qualitativa e tem como instrumentos de pesquisa a análise documental e entrevistas realizadas entre os anos de 2016 e 2019, junto às equipes gestoras dessas escolas. As análises contaram com as contribuições trazidas pelos sujeitos da pesquisa, o estudo dos documentos e o diálogo com o referencial teórico. Frente a isso, foi possível concluir que os Projetos políticos-pedagógicos, muito embora tenham o reconhecimento da equipe gestora, parecem que foram construídos mais para cumprir um preceito normativo, do que propriamente para viabilizar os ideais neles destacados.
