Resumo: The article presents the level of participation of the social actors that make up the school community such as students, teachers, parents, directors, supervisors among others in relation to the construction of the Pedagogical Political Project (PPP). The main objective of this article is to analyze how the participation of the school community takes place in the elaboration of the pedagogical political project of the schools surveyed. The research with a qualitative-quantitative approach investigated the actors belonging to the school community regarding their participation in the elaboration of the Pedagogical Political Project. In the analysis resulting from the data, it was found that in relation to the PPP, the managers are still at the forefront of this elaboration of the pedagogical political project, almost without the participation of the other actors that make up the school community such as parents, students, teachers and other employees of the school. school. Therefore, the article has the intention, among others, to contribute to a more effective participation of the social actors that make up the school, which is the main responsible for promoting a more effective participation of its employees, thus strengthening the collective relations in the school environment and in the community in which it is located.

El objetivo principal de este artículo es analizar cómo se da la participación de la comunidad escolar en la elaboración del proyecto político pedagógico de las escuelas encuestadas. La investigación con enfoque cualitativo-cuantitativo investigó a los actores pertenecientes a la comunidad escolar en cuanto a su participación en la elaboración del Proyecto Político Pedagógico. En el análisis resultante de los datos, se constató que en relación al PPP, los gestores siguen al frente de esta elaboración del proyecto político pedagógico, casi sin la participación de los demás actores que componen la comunidad escolar como padres, alumnos, profesores y demás empleados de la escuela. Por lo tanto, el artículo tiene la intención, entre otras, de contribuir a una participación más efectiva de los actores sociales que integran la escuela, que es la principal responsable de promover una participación más efectiva de sus empleados, fortaleciendo así las relaciones colectivas en la entorno escolar y en la comunidad en la que se encuentra.O artigo apresenta o nível de participação dos atores sociais que compõem a comunidade escolar como os alunos, professores, pais, diretores, supervisores dentre outros em relação a construção do Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP). O objetivo principal deste artigo é analisar de que forma acontece a participação da comunidade escolar na elaboração do projeto político pedagógico das escolas pesquisadas. A pesquisa com abordagem quali-quantitativa investigou os atores pertencentes a comunidade escolar quanto a sua participação na elaboração do Projeto Político Pedagógico. Na análise decorrente dos dados verificou-se que em relação ao PPP, os gestores ainda estão na frente desta elaboração do projeto político pedagógico, quase sem a participação dos demais atores que compõem a comunidade escolar como os pais, alunos, professores e demais funcionários da escola.
