TEACHER TRAINING IN PIBID: MAPPING OF THESES PUBLISHED IN BRAZIL FROM 2010 TO 2019

Resumo: Since its inception, the Institutional Program for Teaching Initiation Scholarships (PIBID) has received strong emphasis in the initial and continuing education of teachers in Brazil. Therefore, this research aims to analyze what the theses that investigated the PIBID, from 2010 to 2019, available in the CAPES Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations tell us about teacher training in the country. To meet the proposed objective, 84 theses were analyzed. In order to dialogue with the proposed theme, we use as theoretical reference the contributions of Gatti (2014, 2019); Imbernón (2010, 2011); Mist (1992, 2009, 2017); Vaillant and Marcelo Garcia (2012). The results showed the contributions of PIBID to the initial and continuing teacher education in the country. It is concluded that despite some weaknesses, PIBID stands as an efficient program for the strengthening of undergraduate degrees and the approximation between basic education and higher education. State of Knowledge.Desde su inicio, el Programa Institucional para Becas de Iniciación Docente (PIBID) ha recibido un fuerte énfasis en la formación inicial y continua de docentes en Brasil. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo analizar lo que las tesis que investigaron el PIBID, de 2010 a 2019, disponibles en la Biblioteca Digital de Tesis y Disertaciones CAPES, nos dicen acerca de la capacitación docente en el país. Para cumplir con el objetivo propuesto, se analizaron 84 tesis. Utilizamos como marco teórico las contribuciones de Gatti (2014, 2019); Imbernón (2010, 2011); Mist (1992, 2009, 2017); Vaillant y Marcelo Garcia (2012). Los resultados mostraron las contribuciones de PIBID a la formación inicial y continua de docentes en el país. Se concluye que a pesar de algunas debilidades, PIBID se erige como un programa eficiente para el fortalecimiento de los títulos universitarios y la aproximación entre la educación básica y la educación superior. Estado del conocimiento.Desde sua criação, o Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) tem recebido acentuado destaque na formação inicial e continuada de professores no Brasil. Diante disso, esta pesquisa objetiva analisar o que as Teses que investigaram o PIBID, no período de 2010 a 2019, disponíveis na Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações da CAPES nos dizem sobre a formação de professores no país. Para atender ao objetivo proposto, foram analisadas 84 teses. Para dialogar com a temática proposta, utilizamos como referencial teórico as contribuições de Gatti (2014, 2019); Imbernón (2010, 2011); Nóvoa (1992, 2009, 2017); Vaillant e Marcelo Garcia (2012). Os resultados evidenciaram as contribuições do PIBID para a formação inicial e continuada de professores no país. Conclui-se que apesar de algumas fragilidades, o PIBID coloca-se como um programa eficiente para o fortalecimento das licenciaturas e aproximação entre educação básica e educação superior.
