Education for all and inclusive education: some considerations

Resumo: This paper aims at presenting some considerations about Education for All and Inclusive Education, based on public policies of scholar inclusion, which regulate the assistance of individuals with special needs in regular education system in our country. The inclusion is understood as a field of multiple faces and full of possibilities. Given this field, people act and react by defining ways of acting and thinking, legislating from public policies, regulating the inclusion as a human right guaranteed by law, disciplining and governing, disposing things and subjects of inclusion, as well as producing orders and values. Thus, education for all and inclusive education are discussed as meta-narratives that have been (re)produced in modern times, which take status of truth through public policies of inclusion in which both take place.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar alguns apontamentos acerca da Educação para Todos e da Educação Inclusiva, a partir das políticas públicas de inclusão escolar, as quais regulamentam o atendimento dos sujeitos com necessidades educativas especiais na rede regular de ensino em nosso país. Entende-se a inclusão enquanto um campo de múltiplos rostos e pleno de possibilidades. Diante desse campo, agimos e reagimos – delimitando modos de agir e pensar, legislando a partir de políticas públicas, normatizando a inclusão enquanto direito humano garantido por lei, disciplinando e governando, dispondo das coisas e dos sujeitos da inclusão, bem como produzindo ordens e valores.
