A perspective on the learning and activity of the mathematics teacher: a point of view derived from Professional Didactics (DP)

Resumo: The professional activity developed in the teacher's work cannot be considered hermetically as a set of specialized tasks required by a school. On the other hand, when we observe the teacher's activity, from the cognitivist point of view, a large repertoire of knowledge is developed and incorporated in the face of the complex problems inherent in the exercise of the activity. Thus, in the present work, from a point of view based on Professional Didactics, we present some elements that allow us to understand the activity and learning of the math teacher facing the resolution of professional tasks. Thus, the notion of work situation leads to a polarization of modeling activities aimed at teaching mathematics and the identification of certain theoretical entities whose cognitive nature reveals an understanding of the functioning of the teacher's action, whether the action of the beginning teacher in math or experienced teacher.

La actividad profesional desarrollada en el trabajo del profesor no puede considerarse herméticamente como un conjunto de tareas especializadas requeridas por una escuela. Por otro lado, cuando observamos la actividad del profesor, desde el punto de vista cognitivista, se desarrolla e incorpora un gran repertorio de conocimiento frente a los complejos problemas inherentes al ejercicio de la actividad. Así, en el presente trabajo, desde un punto de vista basado en la Didáctica Profesional, presentamos algunos elementos que nos permiten comprender la actividad y el aprendizaje del profesor de matemáticas frente a la resolución de tareas profesionales. Por lo tanto, la noción de situación laboral conduce a una polarización de las actividades de modelado destinadas a enseñar matemáticas y a la identificación de ciertas entidades teóricas cuya naturaleza cognitiva revela una comprensión del funcionamiento de la acción del maestro, ya sea la acción del maestro principiante. en matemáticas o profesor experimentado. L'activité professionnelle développée dans le travail de l'enseignant ne peut être considérée hermétiquement comme un ensemble de tâches spécialisées requises par un établissement scolaire. D'autre part, lorsque nous observons l'activité de l'enseignant, du point de vue cognitiviste, un large répertoire de connaissances est élaboré et incorporé face aux problèmes complexe inhérents à l'exercice de l'activité. Ainsi, dans le présent travail, d’un point de vue élaboré par la Didactique Pro fessionnelle, nous présentons quelques éléments qui nous permettent de comprendre l’activité et l’apprentissage du professeur de mathématiques face à la résolution de tâches professionnelles.
