Resumo: This article presents considerations about the National Professional Master's Degree in Physics Teaching within the scope of a continuing training program in exercise, bringing references on the educational products developed in the five Poles of Paraná.in the voice of its graduates. This is a qualitative study that brings descriptive document analysis and semi-structured interview with the analysis, interpretation of data and constitution of results. Among the relevant aspects, this work highlights the MNPEF as a specific proposal for Physics teachers that points out about the program and the importance of the educational product as part of the training process and the return of the teacher as a researcher.

Se trata de un estudio cualitativo que trae análisis descriptivo de documentos y entrevista semiestructurada con análisis, interpretación de datos y constitución de resultados. Entre los aspectos relevantes, este trabajo destaca el MNPEF como una propuesta específica para profesores de Física que apunta sobre el programa y la importancia del producto educativo como parte del proceso de formación y retorno del profesor como investigador.O presente artigo traz considerações sobre o Mestrado Nacional Profissional em Ensino de Física no âmbito de um programa de formação continuada em exercício trazendo referenciais sobre os produtos educacionais elaborados nos cinco Polos paranaenses na voz de seus egressos. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo que traz a análise documental descritiva e entrevista semiestruturada com a análise, interpretação dos dados e constituição dos resultados.
