Resumo: This work aimed to determine in vitro digestibility of dry matter (IVDDM) and neutral detergent fiber (IVDNDF), and in situ degradability of dry matter (DM), organic matter (OM), crude protein (CP) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) of soybean hulls (SH), soybean residues (SR) and cottonseed hulls 1 (CSH1) and 2 (CSH2). A Holstein cow was utilized for rumen liquid collection and three rumen fistulated Holstein cows for in situ degradability. Incubations periods were: 0, 3, 6, 12, 24, 48, 72, 96 and 120 hours. SH and SR showed the highest values for IVDDM (76.88 and 78.19%) and for IVDCW (85.65 e 91.48%). SR showed effective degradability DM, OM and CP for 5%/h 77,54%, 77,12% and 78,81% respectively and C5 the highest value for effective degradability FDN of 57,43%.
