Resumo: The aim of this study was to verify the level of Quality of Life in Work (QVT) and the Lifestyle profile (EV) of physical education teachers in relation to the regions of Santa Catarina state. The Multinomial logistic regression analysis and the likelihood ratio test were used for the statistic data analysis (pO objetivo do estudo foi verificar o nível de qualidade de vida no trabalho docente (QVTD) e o perfil do estilo de vida (EV) de professores de Educação Física, considerando as regiões do Estado de Santa Catarina. A amostra, estratificada por região do estado e por conglomerados (gerências de ensino), foi composta por 580 docentes. Na coleta de dados foram utilizados os instrumentos PEVI e QVT-PEF. A análise de regressão logística multinomial e o teste da razão de verossimilhança foram empregados no tratamento estatístico dos dados (p < 0,05). Apesar de a maioria dos professores catarinenses estar satisfeita com a QVT, os resultados destacaram a maior insatisfação dos docentes das regiões Grande Florianópolis, Norte e Planalto nos componentes compensação salarial, autonomia em utilizar os conhecimentos no trabalho e relações pessoais no ambiente de trabalho.
