FIELD EDUCATION IN MOTION IN THE EXTREME NORTH OF BRAZIL: Understandings about the implementation of Pronera courses in Amapá

Resumo: | This article analyzes the challenges of social movements and Rural Education in the Amazon. We will present the role of social movements with regard to the implementation of public policies in the countryside of Brazil and the case of Amapá, starting from the establishment of the Environmental Technician course through Pronera. Methodologically, we carried out a literature review to understand the concept of social movements, as well as a qualitative analysis based on semi-structured questionnaires, applied to students and members of the settled communities. Our results suggest that one of the characteristics of this Rural Education is the political dependence by the population on the State. In the case of Amapá, there is little articulation between social movements and the population. Amapá is still going the other way around what is defended by social movements, which is for the reality of the students itself to be a determinant of the curricular structure of these schools, and a protagonist of their teaching methodology. |

Se presenta la actuación de los movimientos sociales, de acuerdo con la implementación de políticas públicas para el campo en Brasil y, específicamente, el caso de Amapá, desde el origen de la carrera Técnico Ambiental, a través del Pronera. Metodológicamente, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica para comprender el concepto de movimientos sociales y un análisis cualitativo a partir de cuestionarios semiestructurados, aplicados a estudiantes y miembros de las comunidades asentadas. Los resultados sugieren que una de las características de esta Educación Rural es la dependencia política de la población del Estado. En el caso de Amapá, existe poca articulación entre los movimientos sociales y la población. Amapá sigue yendo en contra de lo defendido por los movimientos sociales, en los que la propia realidad de los estudiantes es determinada por la estructura curricular de estas escuelas y así mismo, termina siendo protagonista de su metodología de enseñanza.Este artigo analisa os desafios dos movimentos sociais e da Educação do Campo na Amazônia. Apresentaremos a atuação dos movimentos sociais, no que diz respeito à implantação de políticas públicas para o campo no Brasil e o caso amapaense, a partir da origem do curso de Técnico em Meio Ambiente, por meio do Pronera. Metodologicamente realizamos revisão de literatura para compreensão do conceito de movimentos sociais e análise qualitativa a partir de questionários semiestruturados, aplicados aos alunos e membros das comunidades assentadas. Os resultados sugerem que uma das características desta Educação do Campo é a dependência política da população em relação ao Estado. No caso amapaense, há pouca articulação entre os movimentos sociais e a população.
