ARTSCIENCE, DIALOGICAL AND TRANSDISCIPLINARY EXPERIENCES IN POSTGRADUATION

Resumo: The attempt to create a dialogue between Arts and Science is a great challenge. We are made of a heterogeneous material and we are used to fragment everything separating in our lives Arts and Sciences. We are different people with heterogeneous histories and backgrounds, often with specialist backgrounds in some area of knowledge and thus we will categorize our reading of the world. In this article, we present the methodology used in the discipline Arteciência of the PIPAUS master's course of the UFSJ that passes through the construction stages of the Moebius Strip, a two-dimensional surface with only one side. The art that emerges from the application of this methodology is artivist and tends to abolish the usual dichotomous divisions of our reality. As a result, the article also brings the works presented by the students in an art show and a discussion about this result.

Somos constituídos de material heterogêneo e estamos acostumados a fragmentar separando as Artes e as Ciências em nossas vidas. Somos diferentes, com histórias e bagagens heterogêneas, com formações especialistas e assim vamos categorizando a nossa leitura do mundo. Neste artigo, apresentamos a metodologia utilizada na disciplina Arteciência do curso de mestrado PIPAUS da UFSJ que passa pelas etapas da construção da Faixa de Moebius, uma superfície bidimensional com apenas um lado. A arte que emerge desta metodologia é artivista e tende a abolir as divisórias dicotômicas habituais da nossa realidade.
