Neoliberalismo e Estado avaliador: : considerações sobre seus desdobramentos nas políticas educacionais

Resumo: In this article, we aim to discuss the guidelines of the evaluation policy implemented in Brazil from neoliberalism, and the State reform started in the ’90s.We intend to indicate, based on a literature review, that the proposition of the evaluating State is marked by socio-political interests articulated with the need to overcome the context of capital crisis. We indicate that the State reform implemented a management modernization, which resulted in decentralization, in the search for management linked to results and the commercialization of the main social areas, with the evaluation policies on a large scale as the basis of this process.
