The research aimed to catalog, analyze, and discuss the representation of lesbianism in their lexical-semantic configurations in production cordelist. Were taken as corpus twenty-eight booklets, between printed, digitized and online, selected under two criteria: the first; naming women taken by a lesbian since if they problematizes her and the latter alluding to any term or expression that the configure, even not taking part. Thus, the research oriented look for discussion of terms or expressions like "romp, woman-woman, male gay, lesbian", among other configured as practices of lesbianism while performances, as Butler studies (2003), Laurel (2008), Mott (1987) and Viñuales (2002). The concept of lesbianism departed the Wittig (2009) design that understands how the romantic relationship sexual longing and affective and/or among women. The cordel literature, this research approach has the sense not only entertainment, but also of denunciation of the marginalized in the pages of the twine, as the cordelist, regardless of the social place of writing, looking fit to the universe of your text reader, including forums under market visibility. We prioritize the perception of lexical-semantic representations of lesbianism, starting from Lexicology which includes the etymology, the formation of words, the import of words, morphology, phonology and syntax. Thus we see in front of twine selected for the research, the multiplicity of words used to name the women taken as lesbians, but all with the same meaning: woman who has loving relationships and / or sex with their equal.
