The teaching of Education Policy and Administration in pre-service teacher education courses

Resumo: This article discusses the teaching of education policy and administration in pre-service teacher education courses from a theoretical-critical and non-linear perspective of education policy study. The data was collected during a semester in two mixed classes totaling 65 students from the Physical Education, Literature, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics undergraduate courses. As part of the integration project of the graduate program in education with the undergraduate program, the professor of the policy line of the program in education began using methodologies focused on research activities in their undergraduate classes, aiming to broaden learning and to familiarize students with themes related to education policies. The research results indicate that the learning process in the area goes from the initial rejection to the construction of a critical position on political and governance issues surrounding Brazilian education.   Keywords: Teaching in pre-service teacher education courses. Teacher training.En este artículo se discute la enseñanza de política y gestión en cursos de licenciatura desde una perspectiva teórico-crítica y no lineal de estudio de políticas educativas. Los datos fueron recolectados durante un semestre lectivo, en dos grupos mixtos que contaban con 65 estudiantes de los cursos de Educación Física, Letras, Biología, Química, Matemática y Física. Como parte del proyecto de intregración del Postgrado stricto sensu con la Graduación, la docente de la línea de políticas del programa en educación pasó a usar metolodogías con foco en actividades de investigación en sus clases de Graduación, visando ampliar el aprendizaje y aproximar los estudiantes de los temas relacionados con las políticas de educación. Los resultados de la investigación apuntan que el proceso de aprendizaje en el área va del rechazo inicial a la construcción de un posicionamiento crítico acerca de las cuestiones políticas y de gobernanza que cercan la educación brasileña.   Palabras clave: Enseñanza en las Licenciaturas. Formación docente.Este artigo discute o ensino de política e gestão em cursos de licenciatura a partir de uma perspectiva teórico-crítica e não linear de estudo de políticas educacionais. Os dados foram coletados durante um semestre letivo, em duas turmas mistas que contavam com 65 estudantes dos cursos de Educação Física, Letras, Biologia, Química, Matemática e Física. Como parte do projeto de integração da Pós-Graduação stricto sensu com a Graduação, a docente da linha de políticas do programa em educação passou a usar metodologias com foco em atividades de pesquisa em suas turmas na Graduação, visando ampliar a aprendizagem e aproximar os estudantes dos temas ligados às políticas de educação. Os resultados da pesquisa apontam que o processo de aprendizagem na área vai da rejeição inicial à construção de um posicionamento crítico acerca das questões políticas e de governança que cercam a educação brasileira.   Palavras-chave: Ensino nas Licenciaturas.
